Uzm. Dt. Öznur Kılıç, was born in Bandırma, Balıkesir in 1994. She completed her primary education in Bandırma and her high school education at Bursa Anatolian High School. In 2012, she was admitted to Marmara University's Dentistry program and graduated in 2018. In 2019, she started her specialization training in Prosthetic Dentistry at Izmir Katip Çelebi University and completed her training as a specialist doctor in 2023.
